7Hour Slumber for Valley Springs Sleep Deprivation

August 13th, 2010 by acument849

cannot fall asleep Do you feel like you have a grip on the stressors in your life? I’m Kevin Groulx, and I could be anyone; for instance an advertising account executive in Sioux Falls. In the past few months, I might have experienced some significant events. Perhaps a relative died unexpectedly in nearby Garretson.

Let’s imagine the local Valley Springs advertising agency I work for was bought by a national firm. Our new parent company laid off half of my Harrisburg colleagues without warning. Fortunately, I still have my job, but I could be the next to go.

A final blow comes the next month; My son or daughter is suspended from the Crooks high school for some very serious offenses.

Could be a ton of reasons why I cannot fall asleep. Lack of sleep has turned me into an emotional wreck. I have what sleep specialists call depression insomnia. I need to get back into a healthy sleep pattern so my sleep deprivation symptoms won’t spiral out of control.

I plan to try 7Hour Slumber to overcome insomnia. I need to have a clear head to perform at work and deal with my critical family issues as well.

7Hour Slumber is a 100 percent natural sleep aid. It helps with the many different sleep problems we all encounter at one time or another. It can help you fall asleep, stay asleep and sleep deeply so you wake refreshed. 7Hour Slumber is sold through http://bestsleepaids.net. You can also find information about Sleep2Night and Melotrex, two similar herbal sleep remedies.

Sleeping With Your Laptop?

July 27th, 2010 by acument849

Getting Better Sleep Do you take your laptop to bed with you? Many Crooks insomnia sufferers try to unwind by tapping away on their keyboard. Whether you are working, playing on Facebook, or improving your Freecell record, computer use in bed can interfere with quality sleep.

If you have unknowingly trained your brain and body to associate your bed with other activities, it can become difficult to relax enough to drift off. Computer use is not the only problem, Garretson sleep therapists also counsel against bedtime texting, eating, and TV. There are two exceptions, however. Many Sioux Falls sleep doctors recommend reading to calm the mind. Of course, you need to choose appropriately dull reading material. The other exception? Sex. (I had you worried, didn’t I?)

I am insomniac Kevin Groulx of Sioux Falls, SD. Because of my sleep difficulties, I have changed my late evening routine. I used to climb into bed at ten o’clock, watch the Valley Springs news while eating a pint of Haagen Dazs, and then check my Facebook account for any interesting posts.

Things have changed in my Sioux Falls household. I have moved the TV out of the bedroom and I eat my snack in the kitchen. My laptop, which is usually within arms’ reach, is not allowed in my bed anymore. (It has not spoken to me for several weeks now, but I must remain strong.)

These changes are helping me greatly. I only take 7Hour Slumber or Sleep2Night three or four times a month now. It is very reassuring to know that if I can’t nod off before midnight, I can take all-natural 7Hour Slumber or Sleep2Night for a good nights sleep. I don’t have to drive to my Valley Springs pharmacy to get 7Hour Slumber and Sleep2Night. I order them at http://bestsleepaids.net.

Help Me Sleep in Sioux Falls!

July 1st, 2010 by acument849

sleep solutions Hello readers. I am Kevin Groulx, a sleep blogger in Sioux Falls. If you have been following my posts, you know that I suffer from chronic insomnia and am currently comparing South Dakota sleep solutions to find out what can help me sleep.

If you have trouble sleeping and are worried about all the lack of sleep affects, you may have noticed reports on a recent study conducted by Daniel Cohen of Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. The findings are published in the January 13 issue of Science Translational Medicine.

The study showed that lost sleep cannot be made up. In other words, if you are a sleepy Valley Springs paramedic who pulled four all-nighters last week, you cannot make up the lost sleep by crashing all weekend. Of course the weekend sleep is better than nothing, but it does not erase the accumulated sleep deficit. Your performance will suffer and you will feel the symptoms of exhaustion.

This is sobering news for Harrisburg nurses and Garretson truckers; in fact all Valley Springs shift workers.

I also work odd hours and I am concerned about my accumulated sleep deficit. I am taking all-natural 7Hour Slumber to help me sleep soundly all through the night. 7Hour Slumber is a safe, effective and affordable insomnia treatment. So far, it is helping me sleep at night and feel better during the day. Don’t let your sleep deficit affect your health. Check out 7Hour Slumber at narcolepsydisability.mynaturalsleepaids.com today for better sleep tomorrow.

Asleep at the Wheel?

May 26th, 2010 by acument849

Insomnia Club” align=”right” /> Hello, it’s me, Kevin Groulx again, your Crooks insomnia club blogger.

As I was driving home from my Crooks office the other day in my family car, I started thinking about all the cool auto accessories I have added. I upgraded the stereo and now it sounds far better than my Maroon iPod. I bought an expensive massaging seat cushion that provides both lumbar support and magic fingers. I even installed a DVD player so I can watch Avatar on my commute. Just kidding, it’s for my daughters to watch Twilight. Again.

Then it dawned on me. My car is more comfortable than my bedroom! In fact, it is a whole lot more cushy than any room in my Sioux Falls house. Why do I invest more in my ride than in my sleeping environment? I spend more time in bed than in my car, even when the Valley Springs traffic has slowed to a crawl.

I decided to find out if bedroom upgrades could work as well for quality sleep as 7Hour Slumber and Sleep2Night, my absolutely favorite herbal sleep remedies. (Order at http://bestsleepaids.net.) I discovered that there are just as many Garretson sleep aids as car accessories.

First, I bought a Garretson memory foam mattress. Incredible! Then I bought allergen-free 800 thread count bed sheets that make me feel like Hugh Hefner. Next, I went crazy with pillows–an oxygen pillow, a lavender pillow, and aromatherapy eye pillows. I topped off my shopping spree with spa-quality lavender spray. Yum.

My bedroom is decked out like a pricey Valley Springs sleep friendly hotel room. Just like 7Hour Slumber and Sleep2Night, my new sleep aids have no side effects. Unless, of course, you consider the fact that I sometimes sleep through my alarm. The only thing that works better than my oxygen pillow coupled with 7Hour Slumber to put me to sleep is watching Twilight while cruising down the interstate.

Insomnia in Can Be Deadly in Valley Springs

April 20th, 2010 by acument849

Trouble Sleeping? “It’s just diabetes, no big deal.”
“It’s only a broken femur, I don’t need to see a doctor.”
“I can handle a heart attack on my own.”

Ridiculous? How about this one; “I have trouble sleeping, but I can tough it out.” If that sounds sensible to you, perhaps you don’t realize the dangers of sleep deprivation.

I am Kevin Groulx of the unofficial Garretson insomnia club. I want to tell you about 7Hour Slumber and Sleep2Night. These all-natural sleep aids are safe and effective for both severe insomnia and occasional sleeplessness.

Chronic insomnia is not merely an annoyance that makes you feel less than cheerful, it is a serious health condition that affects many Harrisburg adults and teenagers. If you are a member of the unofficial Sioux Falls insomnia club, you should consider taking action with 7Hour Slumber and Sleep2Night. These sleep aids work with your body to reset your natural sleep cycle.

Lack of sleep is not only harmful to Valley Springs sufferers, it can be detrimental to others as well. Drowsy driving by sleepy Garretson commuters is often a factor in deadly collisions. Employees with insomnia-induced cognitive impairment trigger accidents at Crooks workplaces.

The Black Night in Monty Python and the Holy Grail who said, “Tis but a flesh wound, I’ve had worse,” would probably trivialize sleep deprivation. But you know better. Be safe. Don’t let sleep deprivation put you or your loved ones in danger. Compare 7Hour Slumber and Sleep2Night, the natural insomnia remedies.

Sioux Falls Night Owls

March 24th, 2010 by acument849

Sioux Falls Sleep Apnea Bonjour Sioux Falls Night Owls,

Life in Valley Springs, like other places in South Dakota and around the country, is relentlessly fast-paced. In the course of a day, each of us makes thousands of quick decisions. Many of these are trivial: ‘Boxers or briefs?’, ‘White or wheat?’, ‘Paper or plastic?’, or ‘Call or text?’. However, some split-second judgments have significant consequences; ‘I just blew a tire, is my right lane clear to pull over?!’

If your brain is foggy because of sleeping insomnia, it is impossible to respond with peak mental capacities. The amygdala is the region of the brain that signals the body when there is a threat. If you miss just one night of sleep, the amygdala ceases to function normally. An impaired amygdala causes problems in other areas of the brain as well. Reasoning, speech and hand-eye coordination slow down. In fact, a drowsy Sioux Falls driver can be as dangerous as a tipsy Sioux Falls driver.

My name is Kevin Groulx. Like many fellow Crooks yawners, I know how it feels to be sleep-deprived. My Crooks friends who have trouble sleeping use phrases like ‘feet in quicksand’, ‘brain fog’ and ‘tapped-out’ to describe how sleepless nights make them feel. (‘Wilted’ is one of my favorites.)

If you are a Valley Springs night owl who has tried unsuccessfully to beat insomnia, you might be interested in two all-natural insomnia aids; Sleep2Night and Melotrex. These products are carefully formulated to help Valley Springs insomniacs fall asleep and stay asleep. They are safe and effective for short or long-term insomnia. Be sure you don’t let 227 sleepless nights progress into chronic insomnia.

You don’t need to be able to spell ‘Maroon amygdala’ to understand how important sleep is to our brains. Sleep2Night and Melotrex can help your brain get the recharging sleep it desperately needs.

Getting Better Sleep in Sioux Falls

March 19th, 2010 by acument849

too much sleep trouble Why are there so many desperate Sioux Falls folks who cannot sleep?

Stress is probably the most common reason. As we all know, stress can be caused by so many different things that few people escape it. I regularly meet Harrisburg people who are stressed about losing their job. I know many Crooks insomniacs who are constantly worried about a chronic health problem. Strained family relationships trigger stress for many Valley Springs people. Even positive events like a job promotion, a new baby, or a vacation can create stress.

If you suffer from insomnia, perhaps it is not stress that is keeping you from getting better sleep. You might have a sleeping disorder. Sleeping disorders are very common among Sioux Falls adults and teenagers. You have probably heard of sleep apnea because it has been gaining more attention in the past few years, but there are other disorders that can prevent sleep.

Restless Leg Syndrome is a serious neurological disorder that affects millions of Americans. People with Restless Leg Syndrome have uncomfortable (and often very painful) sensations in their legs that create an unstoppable urge to move as they try to relieve the feelings. If you suffer from this disorder, you probably cannot sleep the nights that your symptoms are present.

7Hour Slumber, Sleep2Night and Melotrex can help people achieve adequate sleep. Whether the problem is Restless Leg Syndrome, sleep apnea, or everyday stress, these herbal sleep aids can allow you to calm down and go to sleep. If you are sweating sleep, see http://bestsleepaids.net to order all-natural 7Hour Slumber, Sleep2Night or Melotrex.

Sleep Sound in Sioux Falls

February 19th, 2010 by acument849

Herbal Sleep in Sioux Falls Hi, I am good night sleep blogger Kevin Groulx. As you have probably guessed, there are some nights when I simply cannot sleep sound. I brush my teeth, climb onto my swedish mattress, relax under my Maroon down comforter and then–lie there with my eyes wide open! Ugh!

Before I take an herbal sleep remedy such as 7Hour Slumber or Sleep2Night, I try some of my favorite nighttime rituals to hopefully aid sleep.

First, I rid my Sioux Falls bedroom of all the distractions. I can’t believe how much paperwork piles up in a few days. I don’t want to lie awake thinking about the car insurance premium that is due on my family car or the ten page application for my daughter to attend Augustana College. I even close my laptop and take it out of the bedroom.

Next, I bargain with my sweetie for a massage exchange. I promise to give an incredible rubdown tomorrow night if I can get one tonight. Lavender or chamomile oil is the crowning touch.

Next, I meditate to the sound of the surf lapping at the shore. No, I don’t live on the beach, but I do live in a nice Sioux Falls neighborhood near downtown. To hear waves, chirping birds or a gentle breeze rustling the trees, I turn on relaxing ambient sleep music.

If these things don’t do the trick, I pull out the heavy artillery. I take Sleep2Night, the non habit forming sleep aid. I believe it is one of the most effective sleep aids over the counter in Valley Springs. I have been using natural insomnia aids for 26. You don’t have to lie there with your eyes open. See http://bestsleepaids.net for a good night sleep.

A Garretson Bedtime Story

February 10th, 2010 by acument849

A Garretson Bedtime Story Once upon a time there was a Maroon car-drivin’ entrepreneur named Kevin Groulx (that’s me) who lived in Sioux Falls, SD. Kevin’s father has had heart problems since he was relatively young and isn’t an example of heart-healthy eating. Kevin’s mother, who lives in Valley Springs, suffers from emphysema due to smoking. Kevin plans to be around to spoil grandchildren in twenty years, so is trying hard to break the chain of parents’ poor examples when it comes to health.

Kevin eats a healthy diet, sweats regularly at a gym in Crooks and can often be found doing the downward dog at a Harrisburg yoga studio. Kevin has a strong immune system and, fortunately, hardly ever gets sick. (Don’t discount the obsessive hand-washing.) And in case you were wondering, Kevin doesn’t touch cigarettes.

This all sounds good so far, right? Here is the problem. In spite of diligence, Kevin often feels less-than-normal. Why? Insomnia. Not occasional sleeplessness, Kevin goes weeks with wide awake sleep time. Our poor insomniac has watched all the old movies that play on TCM–several times each!

If you suffer from insomnia, you know that it doesn’t matter if you have a heart rate of 20, a bloodstream free of cholesterol and can run a four-minute mile–you still feel lousy!

A friend in Garretson challenged me to compare some good sleep aids to find one that works for me. I start tonight with Melotrex. I did some extensive research and found only positive feedback about this all natural sleep remedy. I will use it for a week and then try 7Hour Slumber to see which one is the most effective for chronic sleeplessness. Check back soon for the end of the story.

I hope to live (and sleep) happily ever after.

7Hour Slumber for Jet Lag in Sioux Falls

February 5th, 2010 by acument849

Circadian Rhythm Hi, it’s Kevin here again sharing sleep news for Sioux Falls insomniacs.

I have been conducting informal research on lack of sleep effects in Sioux Falls for several months now. So far, I have tried Sleep2Night and Melotrex. This upcoming week, I am eager to compare 7Hour Slumber.

7Hour Slumber works with your body to re-set your natural circadian rhythm. No, I am not a dancer, ‘circadian rhythm’ is the scientific name for your internal body clock. All animals and plants have a natural 24-hour cycle. Circadian rhythms disorders affect your physical, mental and emotional well-being.

Circadian rhythms can be altered by pregnancy, rotating shifts and jet lag. I don’t have to worry about being pregnant, but since I will be traveling away from Valley Springs on business next week, I will definitely need 7Hour Slumber. I will also do yoga and my special relaxation techniques faithfully while I am away. Since I am very sensitive to disruptions in my sleep cycle, I have a bedtime ritual that I use in combination with all-natural sleep aids to help me sleep.

For more information on 7Hour Slumber, Sleep2Night, , and Melotrex, see Tim’s Santa Clarita Sleep Video Blog. These sleep aids are available online for all Crooks and Harrisburg folks who want to re-set or maintain their sleep/wake cycle for better health and improved immunity. I don’t know about you, but I am at least a little concerned about H1N1 and other viruses that are spreading in the Valley Springs area. To stay healthy, make sure you get enough sleep!
